How can I get my new website listed for search engines easily? I would like it to show up in the top somewhere. My website is www.giesinc.com and I designed it with my keywords as follows in an area where they told me to put them on using SiteBuilder: (rapid,prototype,fdm,prototyping,prototypes,mockup,mockups,3D, model, abs, dimension, sst, printer, metro, detroit, area, shipping, overnight,sameday,design,services,CAD,modeling,marketing,sample,samples). I offer nationwide delivery of solid model prototypes with same-day local service (Metropolitan Detroit Area), and overnight delivery nationwide. Prototypes are made from 3D CAD models and printed on a special printer that prints the model in 3D using ABS plastic.
Does it cost me anything to have the site listed and to keep it higher in rankings? Tx so much for your help!

First, make sure that you submit your website to the search engines. It takes anywhere from 2 weeks to even 6 months for websites to show up in the search engines. In some cases, a website will show up after 2 weeks of being online, only to disappear for maybe 3-6 months (which is called Google sandbox, though Yahoo to a certain extent also does)
With Yahoo, you can go to https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit to submit your site for free. For guaranteed inclusion in their search engine, you have to pay and use their paid services http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html

I have two options (after searching local market) Sony DSC-W210(12.2 MP) – http://www.sony.co.in/product/dsc-w210 (Approx. Indian Rupees 11K) or Samsung PL51 (10.2 MP) (Indian Rupees 8800) detail – http://www.samsung.com/in/consumer/detail/detail.do?group=cameracamcorder&type=digitalcamera&subtype=plseries&model_cd=EC-PL51ZZBPBIN.
As I know Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lense is much better than Sony Lens based on my own experience. So I am not looking for Sony cameras with Sony Lens. I have no idea about Samsung product but the camera looks good.

We are working on a project for local food industories. Since we cannot find statistic aspect of local restaurant business having their own website over the ones not having their own business, I would appreciate if somebody share local restaurant information with us.
I agree with the above answer… for the purpose of your paper if you were to take a small section of your town and do an internet search for each restaurant… it would give you a percentage of those in your area with websites.

I need some good websites to go learn about internet marketing and search engine optimization. I took an internet marketing class at the local university and it wasn’t worth much to me, just lots of things to do-like build a working site-DUH!
